At startup, Windows XP runs many programs that remain loaded in the background, consuming system resources and making everything a little slower, and sometimes unnecessary. Such programs consume enough memory. To disable these services, follow these steps:
We click on the Start button, then Run and type services.msc
In the window that appears you click the mouse right on the service you want to disable
We choose Properties
In the Startup type select Disabled, and thus ready we will disable the services that we deem appropriate with the consequent
