When you start Windows always lose time looking for programs that will use up that shows the desktop or the Welcome screen. If you close a program and open it again you will see that it takes less time than the first time you open it. For the programs you use most are always opened so fast makes this trick.
Click the Start button and then on Run, type regedit and press the OK button
Now you move through the following chain
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Control / Session Manager / Memory Management
Double-clicking on the entry LargeSystemCache and you put the value 1.
Close all windows and reboot your computer, now all you work faster.
